“Will I be under pressure to attend/refer/buy?”

Networking traditionally creates pressure by rules that often drive the wrong behaviors. Plus networking organizations often impose protocols that get in the way of building relationships. We think you work better when you are free to build relationships naturally and are able to buy or refer because it’s the right decision, not because you feel forced.

This is why what we’ve REMOVED from networking is as important as what we’ve added:

  • No attendance rules or pressure to send a substitute 
    You’re busy. You have a life. Yes, you’ll miss out if you can’t attend. But you know that. And when you’re up against it, the last thing you need is your network telling you off!

  • No category lock-out
    The internet has made “locking out the competition” virtually impossible. That’s good. Because within ONLE, many of the best referrals come from businesses doing “the same thing”, because everyone has category specialisms as well as preferred client types and industries. And as we’ve seen from the volume of business being passed between “competitors” within ONLE, the only thing category restrictions “lock out” is your potential customers.

  • No pressure to refer or buy
    The decision to buy or refer through networking should be based on finding the most suitable supplier. Not because you happen to be in the same networking group together.

  • No joining fee, contract or membership tie in
    ONLE membership is charged at one monthly flat fee. For everyone. Yes, we advise that you give networking time to generate a result. But if your circumstances change and you need to leave, no problem. Simply cancel without penalty and we’ll welcome you back when the time is right.

  • No travel or extra costs
    It’s an obvious one but worth stating. You can travel the world of networking from your home or office. You do, however, need to bring your own coffee. We haven’t found a way to help you with that bit yet!
